Custom Training Bonus

WaitersWorld will assess the organization's service at an unannounced dining event (mystery shopper). The confidential written report will be delivered to management prior to training to provide suggestions during the seminar(s) on waitstaff service based on actual dining experience, making comments of even greater value to staff, managers and owners.

General Program Requirements
The host organization provides at no cost:
Meeting facilities to accommodate all attendees.
Audio-Visual equipment as needed
Appropriate microphone and speaker system (depending on room size). Reimbursable expenses (in addition to the seminar fee) including but not limited to: meals (includes "mystery shopper", overnight accommodations, transportation, research and development costs plus production costs of audio/visual materials.

Secret Shopper
Secret Shopper reports are available for evaluations of on site restaurant operations. WaitersWorld provides a moment-by-moment narrative report from arrival to departure of the operation. The confidential report is packed with more details than a "check list" and provides analysis regarding significant strengths and weaknesses.
